Every sale, payment and stock count goes into one place. Each morning Praxiac turns it into a short list: what to reorder, who to call, what to stop buying.

Worked out from what actually happened in the shop, and every figure opens the sales and payments behind it. Try the tabs.

A day at the shop
Four things happen every day between unlocking and locking up. Here is Thursday at Maison Hart.
Your name and what's in the drawer. The till takes no money until someone has said how much it started with.
Register → OpenCash, card or on account. Sell cheaper on a line if you want to, and it's counted as a discount, not lost.
Sales → New saleHer balance drops and the cash shows up in today's drawer in the same moment. No second book to update.
Finance → AccountingWhat goes to the safe, what stays as float, and what was missing or extra. Written down, with who counted.

Everything else
Most of the day is selling. The rest usually ends up on a scrap of paper. In Praxiac each of these has its own screen, its own number and a way to close it.
Tick a shelf, press Print. Labels go straight to the thermal printer.
Inventory → Print labelsEvery size and colour gets its own barcode, price and stock count.
Things a customer took home to try, followed until every piece is paid for or back.
TakeoutsPut something aside for a customer. No money changes hands until they come back.
KeepsReturn, correct or void. Each one puts the books right in its own way.
Staff can sell all day without seeing balances or what the shop is worth.
A4 PDFs for invoices and statements, with Arabic and Persian printed the right way round.
Low stock, sold-out sizes and late payers are flagged the moment they happen.
Who it's for
Praxiac was built for the shop floor: a till, a stock room, customers who buy on account and goods that go home to be tried on.
Every size and colour tracked on its own, and pieces that go home on approval.
A full size run per style, with a warning before your best size sells out.
Hundreds of small items, labelled in one go, and a clear view of what sells.
Many lines and shades, low-stock alerts, and every discount counted.
Best for one shop with a till or two and a few staff, where some customers buy on account.
Your data stays yours
Praxiac runs on the computer in your shop. Your sales, customers and money live there, and a backup is something you can hold in your hand.
Backup
✓ Copied. That's your backup.
Your records sit on the shop computer. Online backup is there if you want it, locked with your own passphrase.
A sale never needs the internet, so the till keeps working when the line is down.
Your shop is one file and a folder of pictures. Copy them to a USB stick like anything else.
A mistake is fixed with a document that reverses it, with a reason. What happened stays on record.
Stock matches its movements and balances match the books. Any figure traces back to the documents behind it.
When Praxiac comes to the browser, your records come with it. Nobody starts again.
